We have added more new features to ENIGOO that expand sales options, simplify work in the administration, and provide better visibility into data and day-to-day operations.
This time, we focused mainly on subscription sales, inventory management, the mobile app, and several smaller improvements that will make working in the system easier for you.
Ticketing updates
Multi-venue subscription sales
You can now sell subscriptions across multiple halls.
This feature will be especially useful for organizers who work with multiple venues, stages, or halls and want to offer customers a subscription made up of events taking place in different locations.
This allows you to create a more flexible subscription offer that is not limited to one specific hall only. Customers can attend events in different venues as part of a single subscription, while you get more freedom when creating subscription packages.

Subscription attributes
You can now add attribute collection to subscriptions.
This means you can request additional information from customers that you may need, for example, for organization, communication, or further work with customer data.
These can be details that help you work more effectively with subscribers, prepare more relevant communication for them, or keep all the necessary information clearly available directly in the system.

New inventory reports
We have also expanded inventory management with new overview reports.
You now have access to reports for:
inventory stock levels,
inventory item movements,
inventory stock price overview.
This makes it easy to see what you currently have in stock, which items have been sold, what movements have taken place in the inventory, and what value your inventory stock has.
The new reports will help you better control your inventory, track changes, and evaluate sales of additional goods, merchandise, or other products.

Mobile app updates
Completing required profile information
You can now set how the app should behave when a fan does not have all required information filled in their profile.
You can choose whether they must complete the information immediately or whether they will only be notified about the missing details. This gives you greater control over how strictly you want to require mandatory information.

Clearer match card
We have visually aligned the match card with the card used when purchasing tickets.
This makes the app environment more consistent and easier for fans to understand. The update also includes action buttons.
📲 Mobile app updates will be rolled out gradually according to the release of individual app versions.
Other updates
- A new filter has been added to the ticket overview, showing invoice tickets that are awaiting payment.
- You can now set the system time zone according to the needs of the organizer or country.
- We have added Slovak translations of order texts created from the administration.
