Update – 16 July 2026

In our latest product update, we are introducing new options for working with discounts and packages, a simplified process for creating orders in the administration, and a number of smaller improvements that make everyday work with the system clearer and more efficient.


Ticketing updates

Multi-discount in the shopping cart

It is now possible to set up a percentage-based multi-discount that is automatically applied to tickets in the shopping cart once the selected condition has been met.

The multi-discount can be configured within a single event or across multiple events.

Customers do not need to enter a discount code. As soon as they meet the configured conditions, the discount is automatically displayed and applied directly in the shopping cart.


Extended package options

We have added a new package variant that can include multiple events held in different types of halls or venues.

This makes it possible to create more complex packages for events taking place in different spaces.


Bulk discount selection in the administration

When creating an order in the administration, it is now possible to select and apply a discount to all tickets in the order at once.

The feature is available for online, complimentary, invoice and reservation orders.

Discounts no longer need to be selected individually for each ticket, which speeds up the creation of larger orders and reduces the amount of manual work.


Other updates

  • For individual price categories, it is now possible to hide the number of remaining seats in the sales channel.
  • A new order type has been added to the order list and order details for season ticket renewals paid by card in the mobile application.
  • A tax document for a membership can now be created retrospectively from the order details in the administration.
  • A credit note can now be sent directly from the system to the customer’s email address from the order details.
  • Season ticket holders can release their seat for a specific event and select another available seat in the sales channel.
  • The printing logic for product sales at the box office has been adjusted so that a receipt is not printed automatically in cases where it is not required.
