Manage inventory, warehouses and sales of goods in one place

Whether you sell merchandise, refreshments, add-on products, or other goods, you need a clear overview of what's in stock, where items are located, and when restocking is needed.

That's why we've added a new inventory management module to ENIGOO ticketing — designed for products sold physically at the point of sale — to help you better manage stock, simplify operations at your venues, and keep all data clearly in one place.

Greater control over your inventory

The new inventory management module automatically monitors minimum stock levels and alerts you when items need to be restocked. This way, you can easily identify where stock is running low and act before an item goes out of stock at a sales point.

The system also supports multi-warehouse management, so you can track inventory across different venues or sales locations. Stock can be transferred between warehouses, giving you an up-to-date view of all movements at all times.

Receipts, issues, and transfers in one place

The new feature includes complete management of stock documents. In the system, you can work with:

  • goods receipts,
  • goods issues,
  • inter-warehouse transfers.

All documents can be edited retrospectively, downloaded, or printed as PDFs — keeping your stock records clear, traceable, and ready for internal audits or stocktaking.

Clear product setup

Every item can be assigned an internal code and a barcode, significantly speeding up searches at the point of sale. The system also supports different VAT rates, categorization into categories and subcategories, and product variant settings — for example, by size.

Each stock item also has a detailed movement history, so you can always see exactly what happened to it — when it was received, sold, transferred, or cancelled.

Automatic updates on sale

Stock levels are automatically updated upon sales, cancellations, and other stock movements, eliminating the need for manual recalculation and reducing the risk of errors.

For venues with different pricing policies, you can set up separate price lists for the same product depending on the specific sales location — useful when the same product is sold at different prices across venues or event types.

Reports and exports for audits and stocktaking

The new inventory module also includes practical reports to support your day-to-day oversight and stocktaking. Available reports include:

  • stock levels as of a selected date,
  • overview of stock movements,
  • overview of purchase and selling prices.

All reports and overviews can be exported to Excel for further processing based on your own needs.

Faster checkout

The new feature also brings benefits directly to the sales process. Cashiers can quickly search for products by name, internal code, or barcode. The system supports barcode scanners, and products are neatly organized into categories.

Identical items are automatically grouped on the receipt, making the sales process faster and the receipt easier to read for both staff and customers.

Add-on sales

Products can be sold at the point of sale independently or as add-ons alongside all other sales modules.

What does the new inventory module bring you?

The new feature helps you maintain a better overview of your stock, reduce errors, speed up checkout, and simplify stocktaking. All data on inventory, movements, prices, and suppliers is available directly within ENIGOO ticketing.

Inventory management is another step toward helping event organizers manage not just ticket sales, but their entire surrounding operations — more efficiently and with greater clarity.
