Outreach / Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for someone to help us open doors to foreign markets. You will be looking for new opportunities, approaching clubs, festivals, arenas and event organizers in Europe and arranging meetings for our senior sales team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Outreach / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team who is not afraid of the phone, can handle systematic outreach work and will be our first contact with the foreign market.

Your main task will be to find relevant organizations and decision makers in target countries, actively approach them and arrange online meetings for a senior salesperson. You will not close deals, but open doors to new opportunities.

Today, ENIGOO is building a technological ecosystem for sports, culture and live events. We connect ticketing, CRM, OneID digital identity, mobile applications, access control, accreditation and cashless payments into one functional unit. In the Czech Republic, we cooperate with, for example, AC Sparta Praha, Mountfield HK, Czech Hockey, Prague Spring, Colours of Ostrava Beats for Love, Smetananova Litomyšlě or Olomouc Zoo. Now we want to show the same strength abroad.

Our flagship product for expansion is ENIGOO One — a connected platform for clubs, festivals, arenas and event organizers that helps them manage the entire fan journey from ticket purchase to on-site spending.

In the first phase, we are mainly focusing on Poland, the DACH region, Slovakia and other European markets.

💥 What will you do?

You will be ENIGOO's first point of contact for the international market. Your job will be to systematically open doors to foreign clubs, festivals, arenas, and event organizers—and hand over scheduled meetings to our senior salesperson, who handles the presentation and closing.

  • Finding relevant clubs, organizations, and decision-makers in target countries (PL, DE, AT, CH, SK, and beyond).
  • Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive), and contact databases.
  • Cold calling—yes, we hit the phones. It's not a dirty word; it's the core of the craft.
  • Cold mailing—writing short, human, non-corporate sequences that actually get replies.
  • LinkedIn outreach—personalized messaging, not mass automation.
  • Booking online meetings for our senior Business Development Manager.
  • Consistently logging activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Systematic pipeline management—follow-up, follow-up, and then follow up once more.

👀 Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and spoken English—you will communicate and write exclusively in English.
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to the same person multiple times.
  • Strong work ethic and discipline—results here are driven by volume and repetition, not luck.
  • You can handle routine outreach work and enjoy playing the numbers game.
  • Performance-driven with a focus on measurable results.
  • An advantage (but not a requirement): A second language (German or Polish), experience in an SDR/BDR role within a SaaS or tech company, or knowledge of ticketing, sports, culture, or events.
  • AI proficiency.

⏱️ How do we measure performance?

  • Number of completed calls.
  • Number of active outreaches (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Number of follow-ups.
  • Number of booked and successfully conducted online meetings.
  • Quality and relevance of handed-over leads (not every contact is a qualified lead).

🚀 What do we offer:

  • A transparent compensation model: fix + performance-based bonuses for calls, meetings, and deals moved to the next stage.
  • No earning cap. If you deliver volume and quality, you will make more than you would in a fixed-salary position.
  • A crystal-clear role with no "do a bit of everything"—your job is to generate meetings, not close deals.
  • Training, a sales playbook, templates, sequences, and CRM workflows are all ready for you.
  • The opportunity to work on a product with a strong track record in the Czech Republic (Sparta, Hradec, Prague Spring, Czech Hockey) that is now expanding globally.
  • Remote-friendly setup, with regular in-person team meetups.

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Laptop and all necessary equipment
  • Snacks—fruit, veggies, sweets, coffee, tea—anything you can think of
  • Team gatherings and events—like a two-day mountain trip several times a year
  • Fully covered MultiSport card to support an active lifestyle
  • Premium healthcare for you and your family
  • Parking right next to the office
