We have prepared another product update, bringing several practical improvements for sales, event management, and everyday work in the administration. This time, we focused mainly on the self-service kiosk, special discounts, and new product settings.
Ticketing updates
Redesign of product and time slot sales on the self-service kiosk
We have redesigned the sale of products and time slots on the self-service kiosk. The new look is clearer and makes it easier for customers to navigate the purchase process.
The kiosk now also supports the sale of different types of items within one interface. This means it can be used to sell sports and cultural events, scheduled events such as cinema screenings, products, and time slots.
For operators, the kiosk helps reduce pressure on ticket offices, while customers benefit from a faster purchase process without the need for staff assistance. Thanks to the integration with the Adyen payment terminal, kiosk revenue is settled together with online ticket sales revenue.
Expanded special discounts across events
We have expanded the options for setting up special discounts across events. This allows discount mechanisms to be used more flexibly and better adapted to specific business or marketing needs.
This improvement is useful, for example, for special offers, partner campaigns, marketing activities, or specific customer groups that should have access to a discount across multiple events.
Option to set product expiration
Products can now have an expiration date set. This is practical, for example, for a large number of product-type tickets or other items that should only be valid until a specific date, such as tickets for zoos and similar organizations.
Mobile app updates
Payment by credit and card
The mobile app now includes the option to set whether fans can pay by credit, card, or both. Fans can then simply choose their preferred payment method during the purchase.
This allows you to work more effectively with the credit system while still offering fans the convenience of card payments.
Option to complete a payment
Fans will now be able to return to an unfinished payment and conveniently complete their purchase later.
This improvement helps reduce the number of unfinished purchases and improves the overall user experience in the app.
📲 Mobile app updates will be rolled out gradually with the release of individual app versions.
Other updates
- We have added the option to create individual vouchers in the administration.
- We have expanded the payment history with membership type information.
- We have updated filtering in the member list based on the last paid payment, for example when the payment frequency changes.
- In the sales channel detail, it is now possible to set custom text for the gift ticket design checkbox.
- It is now possible to connect the verification of special codes to an external system, for example to check eligibility for a selected discount or benefit.
- We have added translations related to the use of student discounts.
- For clients whose invoicing is managed through their own account, we have added a button to restore a cancelled order.
- A new parameter has been added to the season PDF template, allowing the season name to be displayed.
- It is now possible to adjust visibility settings when removing seats from a group within a season.
